Perino earned a mass communications degree from Colorado State University-Pueblo. She then continued on to the University of Illinois at Springfield for a master’s degree in public affairs reporting. Perino began her career at FOX News Channel (FNC) as a contributor. She currently co-hosts the most viewed cable news show, The Five, which airs weekdays from 5 to 6 PM. There, she participates in a roundtable discussion with other FNC celebrities on current events, hot topics, and even some debunking of popular stories and scandals. She also co-anchors America’s Newsroom, the morning news program that airs weekdays from 9 to 11 AM.
